Mailbox Services: Secure your mail and packages with our mailbox rental service. It's a convenient and safe way to receive mail and packages. Notary Services: Our certified notaries can help you with important documents, ensuring they are properly authorized and legally binding. Packaging Supplies: We offer a wide selection of packaging supplies, including boxes, tape, and bubble wrap, to make your packing experience easy and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Excellent Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience with every visit. Open and Close Store: Independently manage store opening and closing procedures. Cash Handling and Management: Accurately handle cash transactions and manage cash registers. Assist and Meet Customer Needs: Assist customers with their shipping, printing, and document needs, processing transactions efficiently. Assess Shipping Needs: Determine customer shipping requirements and select appropriate packaging materials. Process UPS/USPS Shipments: Prepare and process shipments using UPS and USPS services. Copying and Printing: Assist customers with making copies and printing needs. Computer Skills: Utilize computer systems for various store functions. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and maintain the cleanliness and visual appearance of the store. Mailbox Services: Accept mail for mailbox customers and distribute as needed.
